Twisted Love, Part 1-8:
Selena’s POV: “Okay, so did you get 12 for #9?” I asked. “Yeah, how about 1 1/9 for #10?” Taylor replied. “Yes!” “Okay, how about we go eat now. I’m starving!” “Okay!”. Taylor, my best friend and I walk to the cafeteria, but I stop at the doors as I saw Justin Bieber and his friends. “Can we wait a bit?” I ask nervously. “Come on Sel, it’ll be okay.” Taylor said. She takes my hand and pulls me inside. “Can we just hurry & eat?” I said, sounding impatient. “Sel, I know you’re scared of them, but you just gotta calm down.” “I’m sorry, but please I just- Please just hurry!” “Okay okay, let’s go & study before class.” she said to me. “I gotta go to the washroom, be right back.”
Taylor’s POV:
I started walking around, waiting for Selena to come out of the washroom and all of a sudden, I bump into someone and we both fall. “Oh, I’m so sorry!” I said in a worried voice. “Haha, that’s fine. Here, let me help.” he said to me. “Thanks.. Aren’t you friends with Justin Bieber?” “Yeah, I guess that’s what I’m known for.” “Oh sorry, I-” “It’s cool, I’m Ryan, how about you?” he asked in a sweet voice. “I’m Taylor.” I replied, shaking his hand. “I’ll see you around school Taylor.” Oh my god, am I dreaming? Did someone popular actually talk to me..? And they’re actually nice?! Soon, Selena comes up to me. “Who was that?” she asked. “He was one of Justin’s friends..” “Bieber? What? Why would you talk to him?!” Selena said, sounding more worried than usual. “Sel, he was really nice, don’t worry.” “Okay, let’s go..”
Justin’s POV:
“So this is going to be our first new Year’s together.” I said. “I know, what are we gonna do?” Jasmine replied. “Don’t worry about it, I got plans.” I said. I grinned and started kissing her. Ryan walks in and says “Hey, sorry I didn’t come earlier, bumped into someone.” “Did you get the message I sent?” I said. “Yeah. When are we going?” Ryan asked. “When Chaz comes.” “He said he was sick though.” “Shit, we needed him for this.” I can’t believe he would get sick now. The bell rings. “Okay, let’s go.” I said to Ryan as I kissed Jasmine goodbye.
At The Fields:
We arrive at the fields and we go to one of the hills. “Okay, let’s do it.” I said. “Are you sure we can do it without Chaz?” Ryan replied. “Ryan, just go.” “Okay then..” Ryan starts riding down and I follow behind him. “Justin, turn! Justin!” Ryan yells back to me. I couldn’t hear him till the last minute. “Oh shit!” I hit the rock and fell hard to the ground. “Justin, you okay? I’ll call the hospital.” Ryan said. I couldn’t move, I couldn’t feel one part of my body.
I wake up in the hospital, to see my dad standing in front of me. “Justin! What the hell is wrong with you?! Ditching school & ending up in the hospital?!” he said angrily. “Well, Ryan, Chaz & I wanted to do that biking thing. And-” I tried to explain, but he interrupts. “Justin. I don’t even want to heart it.. Just get some rest. Doctor said you can get out of here tonight.” he said as he walked out of the room. I could tell he was in one of his moods. He doesn’t get this angry at me usually.. I decide to go back to sleep.
Selena’s POV:
It was after school. Taylor and I are walking back to my house to study for our tests tomorrow. “Hey, did you know that Justin & Ryan ditched school to bike and now Justin’s in the hospital.” Taylor says. “Wait, how do you know all this?” “What goes around, comes around?” “Okay then.” I said laughing a bit. As we walk, Taylor bumps into someone. Again.. “Oh sorry!” she says. “Taylor?” he said. “Ryan?” “Uh, you two know each other?” I asked. “We ran into each other today. “Glad to see you again.” he says. He smiles at Taylor. “Uh, hey, do you wanna come in the courtyard tomorrow at lunch?” he finally spits out. “Um, okay.” Taylor replies. “I’ll see you then.” Ryan says as he leaves. “Taylor>! Why did you say yes? What are we gonna do tomorrow?!” “We’re gonna go.”
The Next Day:
The bell just rang for lunch. It was time. “You ready?” Taylor asks. “I don’t know.. I’m scared.” “Well, Ryan said he was gonna meet us by the water fountain.” Soon enough, Ryan came and I got even more nervous. “You guys ready to go?” he asks. Taylor gives me a quick look, I smile.. I just got to remember I’m doing this for Taylor. “Let’s go.” Taylor replies. We get to the entrance of the courtyard and Ryan stops and turns to us. “Stay here for a second.” He goes inside the courtyard.
Justin’s POV:
“Hey man, out of the hospital already?” “Yep, feeling better.” “Where’s Jasmine?” “She’s home sick apparently.” “Umm, I brought some people here.. Is it okay?” “Who?” Ryan signals two people to come in and they enter. “Uhh, this is Taylor and Selena.” I get up and go meet them. “Uhh, uhh, hi.. I’m Selena.” Selena said nervously. “Hey, I’m Justin.” I said to her. We shook hands. I think that I just fell in love with her.
